About Us
Parkwood Lakes is a deed restricted subdivision consisting of single family homes located in Parrish, Fl.
This subdivision is managed by the Parkwood Lakes Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA is directed by a Board of Directors (BOD) that have been elected by the members. The BOD appoints officers that manage the daily operations/maintenance of Parkwood Lakes.
